One credit. One minute.
A credit covers one minute of standard preview-container runtime while you build. Larger containers meter at 2–3 credits per minute.

What exactly do credits meter?
Billable preview-container runtime while you author apps in Studio. Filter, sort, and SQL execution on deployed apps run on the platform runtime and are not credit-metered.
What happens when my credits run out?
Quotas fail closed: new preview sessions and AI runs pause until you top up or the next billing period starts. Deployed apps are unaffected.
Are AI model costs included?
No. OpenCode authoring runs with your organization’s own provider credentials, so model usage is billed by your provider at your rates. Relpin meters and shows the usage.
How are VAT and payment handled?
Checkout and invoicing run through Polar as merchant of record — Polar calculates, collects, and remits tax based on your location. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID buy under the reverse-charge mechanism, so nothing is added to the listed EUR price. Otherwise, your local VAT is added at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After termination you have 30 days to export your data.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed through Polar in line with applicable law. If a charge looks wrong, write to info@relpin.com before disputing with your bank — we resolve billing issues directly. Note: charges appear on your card statement under Polar, our merchant of record.
Will beta pricing change?
Possibly. Any change is announced at least 30 days in advance and takes effect at your next billing cycle, as set out in our Terms of Service.
