01

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy specifies what is and is not permitted when using the Relpin platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all accounts, organizations, and applications deployed on the platform.

02

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that involves:

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying systems
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
  • Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to access the Service beyond permitted API usage
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Using the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Storing or processing data in violation of applicable data protection laws
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through connectors or deployed applications
  • Hosting or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights
03

Security Testing

Penetration testing or vulnerability scanning against the Service without prior written authorization is prohibited. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to info@relpin.com. We review every report.

04

Fair Use & Resource Limits

The platform enforces per-organization quotas, rate limits, and concurrency limits as operational defaults. Attempting to circumvent these limits — for example by distributing load across accounts — is a violation of this policy. If your workload legitimately exceeds the default limits, contact us.

05

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, as described in our Terms of Service. Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation before taking action.
